Crafted in Philadelphia, Palmer’s Liberty Gin is distilled on a traditional, copper pot still with only six natural botanicals. Using a combination of herbs, citrus and spice including organically grown juniper, cardamom, lemon peel, angelica root, coriander, and grains of paradise. Each small batch is distilled and proofed with pure Pennsylvania spring water and individually bottled by hand. Palmer’s Liberty Gin is extraordinary on it’s own, or in a wonderful classic cocktail.
