GIN & TONIC
2 oz Liberty Gin
Good tonic water
Fill a glass with ice to the top. Express lime wedge into the ice and around the rim. Pour Liberty Gin over ice and top up with good tonic water. Stir and enjoy.
Gin Martini
2.5 oz of Liberty Gin
.05 oz dry vermouth
Chill a martini glass with ice. Pour gin and vermouth over ice into a separate mixing glass. Stir 30 times Dump martini glass ice and strain gin and vermouth into martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Gimlet
2.5 oz Liberty Gin
1 oz rose’s lime juice
Pour both into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy.
Palmer’s Sweet Liberty Cocktail
Fill a rocks glass with Ice
Pour in Apple Cider ¾ full
Dash of Cinnamon Syrup*
A Dash of Peychauds Orange Bitters
1-2 oz of Palmer Liberty Gin
Garnish with Orange Peel, or Apple or Orange Slice
Enjoy!
*Cinnamon Syrup
2 cups of water
4 sticks of Cinnamon
1 ½ cups of Sugar
Bring water and cinnamon sticks to a boil, turn down and simmer for 10 min
Strain out cinnamon sticks
Bring back to a boil then add sugar stir until dissolved
Remove from heat to cool
Palmer's Poinsettia Punch.
Serves 6
3/4 cup Palmer’s Liberty Gin
1 1/2 cups 100% cranberry juice or pomegranate juice
2 ounces St. Germain (elderflower liquor)
3/4 cup champagne
1 cup fresh cranberries
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the Liberty Gin, cranberry juice and St. Germain. Chill until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, add the champagne and cranberries. Pour among glasses and garnish with rosemary and orange zest/slices.
