Liberty Gin is made from an Old Dutch recipe with ties to the spice trade during the American Revolution, Liberty Gin uses only six classic ingredients of Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Cardamom, Lemon Peel, and Grains of Paradise, and is distilled over a open flame in a traditional Copper Pot still.
Liberty Gin makes a wonderful Martini, a classic Gin & Tonic and a delicious Gimlet. Liberty is available at Pa Fine Wine and Good Spirits Stores and from the Distillery in Manayunk.

PALMER'S COCKTAIL RECIPES

PALMER'S SWEET LIBERTY
Fill a rocks glass with Ice
Pour in Apple Cider ¾ full
Dash of Cinnamon Syrup*
A Dash of Peychauds Orange Bitters
1-2 oz of Palmer's Liberty Gin
Garnish with Orange Peel, or Apple or Orange Slice
Enjoy!
*Cinnamon Syrup
2 cups of water
4 sticks of Cinnamon
1 ½ cups of Sugar
Bring water and cinnamon sticks to a boil, turn down and simmer for 10 min
Strain out cinnamon sticks
Bring back to a boil then add sugar stir until dissolved
Remove from heat to cool
PALMER'S POINSETTIA PUNCH for 6
Ingredients
3/4 cup Palmer’s Liberty Gin
1 1/2 cups 100% cranberry juice or pomegranate juice
2 ounces St. Germain (elderflower liquor)
3/4 cup champagne
1 cup fresh cranberries
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the Liberty Gin, cranberry juice and St. Germain. Chill until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, add the champagne and cranberries. Pour among glasses and garnish with rosemary and orange zest/slices.
PALMER'S GIN & GINGER
Ingredients
Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
1-4 slices of fresh ginger
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
2 oz Palmer's Liberty Gin
Ice
Lemon Slices for garnish
Instructions
Muddle in a glass together rosemary, ginger, & Lemon
Fill glass with ice
2oz of Palmer's Liberty Gin
1/2 Cup of Ginger Beer
Lemon Slices for Garnish

Manayunk Moonshine is a American Corn Whiskey made from an 18th century recipe used by one of the founding fathers in Philadelphia. Made only from Bucks County Corn and Chester County Malted Barley and distilled on our Copper Pot Still over an open flame.
Manayunk Moonshine is only available from the Distillery in 200ml flask bottles.
