1. Fill a rocks glass with Ice

2. Pour in Apple Cider ¾ full

3. Dash of Cinnamon Syrup*

4. A Dash of Peychauds Orange Bitters

5. 1-2 oz of Palmer's Liberty Gin

6. Garnish with Orange Peel, or Apple or Orange Slice

7. Enjoy!

*Cinnamon Syrup

1. 2 cups of water

2. 4 sticks of Cinnamon

3. 1 ½ cups of Sugar

Bring water and cinnamon sticks to a boil, turn down and simmer for 10 min

Strain out cinnamon sticks

Bring back to a boil then add sugar stir until dissolved

Remove from heat to cool

• 3/4 cup Palmer’s Liberty Gin

• 1 1/2 cups 100% cranberry juice or pomegranate juice

• 2 ounces St. Germain (elderflower liquor)

• 3/4 cup champagne

• 1 cup fresh cranberries

Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine the Liberty Gin, cranberry juice and St. Germain. Chill until ready to serve.

When ready to serve, add the champagne and cranberries. Pour among glasses and garnish with rosemary and orange zest/slices.

Ingredients

Sprig of Fresh Rosemary

1-4 slices of fresh ginger

1 tbl fresh lemon juice

2 oz Palmer's Liberty Gin

Ice

Lemon Slices for garnish

Instructions

1. Muddle in a glass together rosemary, ginger, & Lemon

2. Fill glass with ice

3. 2oz of Palmer's Liberty Gin

4. 1/2 Cup of Ginger Beer

5. Lemon Slices for Garnish
